Inner toothing – machining

We use two broaching machines and an extensive range of broaching tools to produce a wide variety of toothing profiles. In doing so we work not only with standardised intermeshing but also with customer specified special designs. Regular testing ensures the strict observance of measurement precision and the prerequisite quality in both small and large series.

Inner toothing – chipless forming

By cold forming with stamps, we shape blind holes according to customer specifications and / or accepted standards.

External toothing

By cold forming with rollers, we produce tubes or other forms with serrations according to customer specifications and / or accepted standards.
